Some would actually dare to call this an off year. I get it. I have seen some of your facebook pictures, you are not as prepared as you were last year. The weddings have gotten in your pocketbooks, the age is starting to set in, you’ve already convinced yourself that you just can’t get free that weekend. Some of you have kids who have a soccer game, don’t you? None of that matters.

You don’t go to the club anymore, because nobody your age goes to the club in the city you live in. You don’t know how to Dougie, because you aren’t supposed to. But you do deserve a good time. That will never change. Homecoming isn’t the same without you and we will never pretend that it is.

Don’t act like you don’t have anything to show off. You got the girl of your dreams and people need to see it to believe it…you got a good job or at least enough cash to act like it for two days…that Rogaine is starting to work…its the only time of year that you get tagged on Facebook..maybe it’s your iPhone 4…whatever it is…there is only one place on the planet where your stunts actually matter.

Whatever it is that is holding you back this year, let go of it and just Come Home. We’ll be here.
