Well, I did. I kind of got tricked into it by the Danish couple next to us in the restaurant acrossed the street from our hotel in Brussels. The waiter, who spoke NO English, rolled up on us with a menu. No, literally, the menu was on wheels and the size of a grade school chalkboard.
Before I knew it, I was eating this:
It tasted like a peppery crusted beef. Not bad at all. I don’t know if I would hop at the next chance to have any, but I can definitely say that I have had the experience.

This video was posted on Jane’s dot com. But I realized that many of my family and friends wouldn’t see it there. So here is some footage that I gathered during the week of rehearsal leading up to the Grammy’s. Tour with Jane and Bruno coming up, and I get to bring my littlest cousins out to see the magic of Hooligans in Wondaland
Here of course is the performance from the Grammy’s that everyone was talking about. If you pay attention, you will see me in the pit helping Jane get on stage. Benny said, I got more time than in DRUMLINE.
Remember this song?
Well, I guess we should have known how it would turn out, I mean afterall this love song has a video that starts off with Aaron and his dog. I was informed a few weeks ago that Aaron Hall is now a dog whisperer. I put it out of my mind, but it crept back in.
Don’t believe me? Watch.
Oh and yes, he prefers to train dogs with Spanish commands.
Today 1.0 turns 66 years old!!!!

I sorta kind of missed my first one today. While I think there is one outstanding that I just cannot remember, I have been to nearly every “A Candle in Dark Gala” in (my) Morehouse history. Today, from Brussels, on the other side of the world I celebrate with Morehouse brothers by continuing to wear the Mystique everywhere I go.
Dear old Morehouse, dear old Morehouse,
We have pledged our lives to thee;
And we’ll ever, yea forever
Give ourselves in loyalty.True forever, true forever,
To old Morehouse may we be;
So to bind each son the other
Into ties more brotherly.Holy Spirit, Holy Spirit,
Make us steadfast, honest, true,
To old Morehouse, and her ideals,
And in all things that we do.
This is incredible. I haven’t heard of a grandmother this capable physically since Larry Johnson’s Grandmama!!

Game Changers part 1 & 2
I couldn’t remember if I posted part 1 so I am going to post them both…again?
Game Changers Part 1
Game Changers Part 2
Bodies by Cee-Lo
Bodies is one of my favorite songs off of Cee-Lo Green’s new project “The Lady Killer”. I was anxious about this moving picture abstraction after seeing the trailer a few weeks ago. I didn’t know what direction Mikael Colombu would be going in. If you have ever seen Michael Jackson’s “Leave Me Alone” you’d agree that Jim Blashfield and Paul Diener (directors of Jackson’s video) obviously had an influence on this video. You may see the face of an artist that this blog often speaks highly of…just the face. Just her face. Enjoy.
